| THE LAND |
This project is being developed on our own clear-titled marketable land of 15 acres, ideal for Ratnagiri Hapus mango, jack fruit, cashew and teak trees. The plot has rich red laterite soil with flora and fauna and a gradual slope.

The plot is in the village Math, taluka Lanja, district Ratnagiri'. It is 30 km from Rainagiri, 400 feet from Mumbai-Goa highway and 45 km from the Nivsar station on Konkan railway It is a four-and-a-half hour journey from Mumbai. The holy places such as Ganpati Pule, Shri Marleshwar(Rajapur), Gagangad, the holy seat of the venerable Gagangiri Maharaj and the Vishalgad fort are all a short distance away from this plot. |

THE HORTICULTURAL SCHEME |
We have developed 80 plots. Each plot measures approximately 5000sq. ft., has barbed wire fencing, water, electricity and space for a cottage. An internal WBM road passes through these plots. There are two wells in the complex. Math village has a 62-lakh scheme of water-supply from a jackwell. M.S.E.B. has given electricity connection. |

THE LAYOUT |
Each plot is approximately 50 ft, wide and 100 ft, long. As you enter plot, there will be a jack fruit tree on one side and a cashew tree on the other. Then there will be space for a Bungalow. Immediately behind this, there will be a kokam tree. Next to it will be six Ratnagiri Hapus mango trees. Along the border of the plot, there will be rows of teak trees on three sides. |

| PRICE OF PLOT WITH PLANTATION |
The plot rate is Rs.250 per
Sq. ft. The amount for plantation can be paid by crossed cheques, demand drafts (drawn only on a nationalised bank and payable at Mumbai). Immediately on receiving the full amount, the sale deed will be registered and the plot will be handed over to you. |

Other charges will be : Rs.15000/- for stamp duty, registration of title deed and water and electricity Rs.
